Qingdao Good Brother Marine Lifesaving Appliance Co., Ltd. was founded in March 1998 with a joint investment of 20 million yuan by brothers Fangqing Li and Jinhe Li. The company covers an area of 46,667 square meters, with a total construction area of 12,000 square meters. Mainly produces: hand flares, rocket parachute flares, buoyant smoke signals, lifebuoy self-igniting & self-activating smoke signals, line-throwing appliances and other marine life-saving pyrotechnic signals，as well as lifejacket self-igniting lights, lifebuoy self-igniting lights, fresh water for survival, food ration for survival, first-aid outfit, embarkation ladders, pilot ladders and other life-saving products.

Our company's products are produced in strict accordance with the requirements of international standards such as the 1996 Amendment to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974, the International Life-saving Appliances (LSA) Code, and the Life-Saving Equipment Test MSC.81(70). The company has obtained the China Classification Society (CCS) type approval certificate and the European Community (EC) marine product type approval certificate issued by Det Norske Veritas (DNV.GL). Based on years of implementation of quality control, the company passed ISO 9000:2000 quality system certification in January 2003.

The company strictly implements the Chinese government's regulations on the safety production management of civilian explosive products and continuously improves its safety management level. The company has obtained the Civil Explosives Production License (MB License No. [051]) issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China.
